ASL entered into a promotion agreement on this piece of land in February 2014.

ASL immediately commenced the preparation of a planning application which was submitted in June 2014. ASL subsequently lodged an appeal against the Council’s decision, which was heard in November 2015, only following a further refusal of the resubmitted application. The outcome of the appeal was positive and the Council’s decision was overturned and outline planning consent granted for up to 100 residential units in January 2016.
Marketing and Disposal
ASL appointed Strutt & Parker as selling agents for the site in April 2016 and the land was sold to Linden Homes in January 2017.
