Located around 14 miles north of Bristol, our 17 acre site to the north of the attractive market town of Thornbury provides an obvious infill development opportunity, lying between two other new recently consented developments. Our outline application for 130 new homes was approved at Planning Committee on 24 August 2017 subject to signing a Section 106 Agreement which is currently being negotiated with South Gloucestershire Council. Once this is complete the land will be marketed and sold.
